Badminton
Tuesday 12.50pm - 1.40pm in the Sports Hall
Thursday 12.50pm-1.30pm and 1.50pm-2.40pm in the Sports Hall
This activity is both a social and coaching activity. Those taking
part will learn the basic strokes and movements, whilst tactical play and
fitness will be improved by playing games with others. There will be an opportunity to compete against other colleges.
