Concerned about the environment?
Want to do something very positive and pick up valuable skills and experience along the way?
The Eco Council will lead the College's efforts to be more environmentally-friendly and obtain "Eco Schools" status.
You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and will have the opportunity to have a real impact on the college as a whole. The group will be involved in linking with other groups e.g. in primary schools. It will also campaign on national and international environmental issues.
Whatever subjects you are doing and whatever your career plans, this group will give you plenty of opportunity to do something new, different and very worthwhile.
