The Academy is designed to allow promising young players (16 to 19 year olds) to follow a structured training programme in a professional environment, whilst studying for A Levels or a BTEC National Diploma.
Students joining the Academy will benefit from the experience that each partner brings to the initiative and will gain a specialist combination of education and training plus coaching across both codes.
The Academy can expect hard work both in the classroom and in training.
Satisfactory attendance and progress on the chosen programme is compulsory.
