Principal's Welcome
We are a high-achieving Sixth Form, giving our students an excellent springboard to success. We educate the whole student, providing all with excellent teaching and opportunities for growth and personal development. We are recognised by Ofsted as an outstanding Sixth Form.
We are relatively small in size. This means that we are a close and caring community of staff and students. We serve a wide area which includes Blackpool and all the major towns and villages of the Fylde and Wyre districts.

Blackpool Sixth has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Standard award.
Investors in People is a national quality standard awarded to well-run organisations which demonstrate good management practice with a high emphasis on best practice people management and development.
The Gold award is only given to those organisations which are able to demonstrate a degree of excellence in the way they develop and support their staff.
