Chemistry

Chemistry is all around us, from the soap we use in the shower to the pharmaceutical drugs we use to cure our ailments, from the fuel we use in our vehicles to the paint we use in our houses. By studying chemistry, you can learn laboratory skills in modern well-equipped facilities. You will learn how technology is used to identify compounds and check their purity using spectroscopy and chromatography. You will also discuss how the theory learnt in class can be used and applied to everyday situations.
Specific requirements
