Date of arrival in Blackpool

It is expected that all students will be in Blackpool in the week beginning 18th August 2008.

Arrival in the UK

If you can arrange to arrive at Manchester Airport it will ease arrangements for transferring to Blackpool. You are strongly advised not to arrive in the UK at a London airport. College representatives will not be able to meet you and transfer to Blackpool.

Meeting of students at Manchester Airport

College staff cannot guarantee to meet you at Manchester airport, but it is possible for the College to arrange a taxi to meet you and this will cost you approximately £50. Alternatively there is a direct train route from Manchester airport to Blackpool. College staff can arrange to meet you at the railway station providing you inform College of the details. Please fill in the arrival form and fax it to College as soon as you possibly can. The College fax number is +44 1253 300459.

Delays

If there are any delays which will make you arrive significantly later than you expected you must telephone Mr Turnbull as soon as possible.
