ROOMS, SEAT NUMBERS AND CLASHES

  • Individual rooms and seat numbers for mock exams will be shared on CEDAR as soon as possible.
  • A small number of students may have two exams scheduled in the same session. If this happens, don’t worry; the clash will be resolved on CEDAR. One of the exams will be rescheduled to take place within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time.

STUDY LEAVE ARRANGEMENTS

  • Level 3 vocational courses will still take place during the mock period unless advised otherwise by the teacher.
  • All vocational (BTEC) lessons for students on the Foundation Programme will run as normal across both mock weeks.
  • All GCSE classes will run as normal across both mock weeks, except on Fridays when students will be set work to complete remotely.
  • Where a mock exam clashes with any lesson, the mock exam takes priority, and a student will be given an authorised absence (E noted on the register)
  • If a student has a mock exam for any subject in the afternoon, they will have study leave in the morning.
  • Students must check with individual teachers if there is any doubt.
