Our students learn in inspiring, industry-standard spaces:

  • Theatre: A 300-seat performance venue with professional lighting and sound, used for plays, musicals, and showcases.
  • Dance Studio: Mirrored, with a ballet barre and fully sprung floor, supporting professional-level training.
  • Drama Studios: Two black box studios equipped with lighting rigs for rehearsals and intimate performances.
  • Media and Editing Suites: Fully equipped with industry-standard software and hardware for film, TV, and digital media.
  • Visual Arts Studios: Specialist spaces for painting, drawing, textiles, digital graphics, and photography.

These spaces allow students to create, perform, exhibit, and collaborate just as professionals do in the industry.

ACA offers:

  • Industry-standard facilities and expert staff
  • Joint trips and events, such as New York visits and Creative Careers days
  • Cross-course projects, e.g. dancers and musical theatre students performing in productions filmed by Film & TV students and supported by Music and Music Technology students
  • Creative collaborations, such as photographers or graphic designers producing event publicity, or performance students modelling for Fashion Shows
  • Real-world experience that develops professional skills for employment or university progression

These experiences combine to create a rich, career-focused creative environment.
