Standard college entry requirements plus a grade 5 in GCSE Spanish is essential.

If you don’t meet these entry requirements, our Foundation Programme could help you start your journey at Blackpool Sixth.

Where does it lead?

Learning Spanish can open up many more employment opportunities, even if not opting to continue the subject to degree level. The majority of A Level Spanish students at Blackpool Sixth further their studies to degree level and most combine with another subject, e.g. law, tourism, or French. Others opt to take other routes such as joining the army or spending a gap year travelling.
