- Continue to work with teachers and students to champion mental health, encouraging people to seek help when they need and increase support whilst working with the necessary people to reduce the waiting list for support substantially.

- I aim to focus on mental health and specifically counselling. I know that currently the counsellors are spread thin and that there are many students who are in need of counselling that have had to wait for a long time.
- I want to build a stronger community in college and our local area. To do this, I would continue working with charities and also potentially have more college events. I think it would also be important to have benches in the smoking area.
- I also want to work with the catering staff to create a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan options within the college. I think it’s important that everybody has a large variety of food to eat at college.
CANDIDATE THREE
Charlie Weeden

NAME THREE OF YOUR CAMPAIGN POLICIES
I aim to expand the mental health services that are available to the students but allow them to be designed by the students and not someone who doesn’t actually understand the modern student experience
I aim to expand the support for exams for students who are struggling and develop how approachable the system is for students who believe that they may need extra support with exam.
Finally, I believe that a good college has large input from the students and therefore aim to create a college environment that values the opinions of the students as well as an administrator.
